This traditional dessert is even mentioned in <em data-start=\"135\" data-end=\"148\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Don Quixote<\/em>, where the knight and Sancho Panza enjoy it during their visit to Barcelona.<\/p><br \/>\n<p data-start=\"229\" data-end=\"489\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Although it is a well-known dessert throughout Catalonia, in the <strong data-start=\"294\" data-end=\"314\">Terres de l\u2019Ebre<\/strong> region, it has a peculiar characteristic: the use of rice flour in its preparation.
