Fry the stale bread, the rabbit liver, and a few garlic cloves in oil. Remove from the heat.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image\"><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__container\"><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__image mobile desktop\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tortosaturisme.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/2.png\" alt=\"\"><\/div><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__text\"><h4 class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__subtitle\">2<\/h4>To make the <em>picada<\/em>, start by finely chopping the parsley and the fried garlic, then add the hazelnuts and almonds, and finally the liver and fried bread. Grind everything together until you get a very fine paste.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image\"><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__container\"><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__image mobile desktop\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tortosaturisme.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Texto-con-imagen-900x6009-1.png\" alt=\"\"><\/div><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__text\"><h4 class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__subtitle\">3<\/h4>Season the rabbit with salt and pepper.
