Baldanes i faves porten aquesta cuina quotidiana de productes b\u00e0sics i propers, de la la matan\u00e7a als plats de cullera; per\u00f2 tanmateix amb la xocolata CREO ens porta a una industria alimentaria que prenia productes de externs com el cacau i el feia ben nostre afegint-li la farina d\u2019arr\u00f2s per fer-ne xocolate. En lloc d\u2019afegir-la des del principi, s\u2019incorpora al final de la cocci\u00f3 per evitar que es desfaci i per aconseguir una textura m\u00e9s melosa. Aquest procediment permet que la baldana mantingui el seu color i brillantor, mentre que la ceba aporta suavitat i cremositat al conjunt.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image\"><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__container\"><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__image mobile desktop\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tortosaturisme.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/3-3.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/div><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__text\">Per a la presentaci\u00f3, la preparaci\u00f3 de baldana, ceba i all es col\u00b7loca dins de petits recipients o bases cruixents tipus vol-au-vent, convertint el plat en una mossegada d\u2019aperitiu.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image\"><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__container\"><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__image mobile desktop\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tortosaturisme.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/4-3.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/div><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__text\">A part, es prepara una escuma lleugera amb gust de sofregit, que s\u2019introdueix en un sif\u00f3 i es mant\u00e9 calenta. Aquesta escuma s\u2019afegeix sobre la baldana per donar volum i una textura m\u00e9s suau. Per acabar per sobre es fica la pols de tom\u00e0quet sec i s\u2019hi afegeixen ametlles laminades, que aporten un toc cruixent i recorden la pres\u00e8ncia habitual de fruits secs en la cuina tradicional del territori.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image\"><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__container\"><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__image mobile desktop\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tortosaturisme.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/1-18.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/div><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__text\">Finalment, el plat es pot completar amb alguna herba arom\u00e0tica, com roman\u00ed, fr\u00edgola.
