Para ello, fre\u00edmos el pan seco, el h\u00edgado y el ajo. Retiramos del fuego.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image\"><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__container\"><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__image mobile desktop\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tortosaturisme.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/2.png\" alt=\"\"><\/div><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__text\"><h4 class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__subtitle\">2<\/h4>Para hacer el picadillo, a\u00f1adimos primero el perejil y el ajo, picamos, luego agregamos la avellana y la almendra, y finalmente el h\u00edgado y el pan; seguimos picando todo hasta obtener una mezcla muy fina.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image\"><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__container\"><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__image mobile desktop\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tortosaturisme.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Texto-con-imagen-900x6009-1.png\" alt=\"\"><\/div><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__text\"><h4 class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__subtitle\">3<\/h4>Una vez preparado el picadillo, doramos el conejo. Salpimentamos el conejo y lo ponemos en la cazuela con aceite caliente, movi\u00e9ndolo para que no se queme.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image\"><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__container\"><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__image mobile desktop\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tortosaturisme.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/4.png\" alt=\"\"><\/div><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__text\"><h4 class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__subtitle\">4<\/h4>Cuando el conejo est\u00e9 dorado, lo sacamos de la cazuela y lo apartamos.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image\"><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__container\"><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__image mobile desktop\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tortosaturisme.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/5.png\" alt=\"\"><\/div><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__text\"><h4 class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__subtitle\">5<\/h4>Paralelamente, cortamos la cebolla y el tomate en brunoise (dados peque\u00f1os).<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image\"><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__container\"><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__image mobile desktop\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tortosaturisme.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/6.png\" alt=\"\"><\/div><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__text\"><h4 class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__subtitle\">6<\/h4>En la cazuela a\u00f1adimos la cebolla, y cuando est\u00e9 pochada, agregamos el tomate.
