Sin embargo, la singularidad en Tortosa es que <strong>se elabora con harina de arroz<\/strong>. Es un plato relacionado con la festividad de la Candelaria, el 2 de febrero, en Tortosa.<\/p><br \/>\n<p>Esta receta forma parte del <a href=\"\/es\/llibre-blanc-del-turisme-gastronomic\/\"><strong>Libro Blanco del turismo gastron\u00f3mico en Tortosa<\/strong><\/a> y ha sido facilitada por <strong>Marc Duran<\/strong> del restaurante <a href=\"\/es\/restaurante\/la-torreta-de-remolins\/\"><strong>La Torreta de Remolins<\/strong><\/a>.
