Dans un bol, verser environ 250 ml d\u2019eau gazeuse bien fra\u00eeche, ajouter une pinc\u00e9e de sel, l\u2019\u0153uf et m\u00e9langer. Ajouter la farine progressivement en remuant bien pour \u00e9viter les grumeaux. Tremper les morceaux d\u2019artichaut dans la p\u00e2te, en les enrobant bien. Une fois l\u2019huile bien chaude, plonger les morceaux dans l\u2019huile. Lorsqu\u2019ils sont dor\u00e9s, les retirer et les d\u00e9poser sur du papier absorbant.
