Parmi toutes les figures embl\u00e9matiques, on se souvient de \u00ab Pepa la Xerra \u00bb, qui vivait \u00e0 Remolins et est n\u00e9e en 1880. Ses <em data-start=\"2259\" data-end=\"2271\">pastissets<\/em> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 offerts pendant une grande partie du XXe si\u00e8cle aux personnalit\u00e9s importantes en visite dans la ville.<\/p><br \/>\n<p data-start=\"2384\" data-end=\"2684\">Cette recette fait partie du <a href=\"\/fr\/llibre-blanc-del-turisme-gastronomic\/\"><strong>Livre Blanc du tourisme gastronomique \u00e0 Tortosa<\/strong><\/a> et a \u00e9t\u00e9 tir\u00e9e du livre <strong>La pastisseria t\u00edpica tortosina<\/strong>, de <strong>Pere Llupi\u00e0<\/strong> (\u00c9d. Tortosa : Gr\u00e0fica Dertosense, 2008).
