C\u2019\u00e9tait un plat consomm\u00e9 lors d\u2019occasions festives comme la f\u00eate patronale ou No\u00ebl. Pendant une heure et demie, on \u00e9cume l\u2019eau, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire qu\u2019on enl\u00e8ve la mousse de couleur marron qui se forme en faisant bouillir la viande et les os.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image\"><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__container\"><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__image mobile desktop\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tortosaturisme.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/2-5.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/div><div class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__text\"><h4 class=\"vc-incubalia-text-image__subtitle\">2<\/h4>Ensuite, on ajoute les l\u00e9gumes, pr\u00e9alablement lav\u00e9s, le safran, ainsi que le foie, les g\u00e9siers et le c\u0153ur, entiers et \u00e9galement lav\u00e9s.
