The restaurant at the Parador de Tortosa offers locally inspired Mediterranean cuisine based on produce from the Terres de l’Ebre, bringing together ingredients from the market gardens, the Delta, the mountains and the sea. Highlights include Delta rice dishes and traditional specialities such as suquet fish stew, eel in sauce and escalivada, in a proposal that reflects the rich gastronomy of the region.
