In accordance with the regulations on the protection of personal data, with the agree of privacy policy, it is authorized that the personal data provided are processed and incorporated into the file called Gestió de Serveis Municipals, the responsibility of the Tortosa City Council.
The purpose of this treatment is to include the data for the provision of information services and tourist promotion of the city. These data will not be transmitted to third parties, except in cases where there is a legal obligation, and will be kept as long as it is essential or legitimate for the purpose that was captured.
In any case, the revocation of the consent granted may be indicated, as well as exercising the rights of access, rectification or deletion, the limitation of the treatment or opposition, as well as the right to the portability of the data. These requests must be made to the City Council of Tortosa, Plaza de Espa'a no.1, 43500 Tortosa (Tarragona) or by email to sac'tortosa.cat
It is reported that a claim may also be filed, if so considered, before the Catalan Data Protection Authority or contact the City Council's Data Protection Officer at protecciodades@tortosa.cat
