Under the direction of M. José Bonfill Vinya, daughter of the owner of the center, who puts all his effort so that both the food and the tradition of this wonderful region do not sink into oblivion. So in this place you can eat the best grilled meats, lamb, rabbit, chicken or pork, accompanied by a good piece of tender garlic or artichoke omelette, as well as some delicious grilled artichokes or the renowned Calçots with a tasty sauce made of almonds, the ingredients are like a treasure that have been passed down from generation to generation, as well as their collections (soups) or their soups.
And to top it all off with some delicious homemade desserts, such as their cream or strawberry flans, Grandma’s tiramisu made solely and exclusively by Mrs. M. José Bonfill.
