Description

WILD. Its goal is to create a concept map based on Luke Huber’s manual thinking methodology, a tool for managing creative teamwork.

In this map, we want to work on the application of the four intelligences in the activities performed. The idea is to start with the question What have we done? How do we feel? This will give us important information where each person will realize what was most important to them in the activity.

The idea is to apply this “idea or concept” to the business, so the card will end with the question: How can I contribute this to my business? achieve a greater commitment to the person

The work technique will help to verbalize and understand everything that has been learned in the experience. By giving everyone an idea of what they can contribute, a better order, common solutions and an understanding of the problems are achieved, among others. All this based on a new experience and completely out of the ordinary and out of our comfort zone.

Each WILD activity will have a reflection manual to be processed according to the needs of the participants, be it the company, the team or the person.
